Satun to Koh Yao Noi and Beyond

We had a horror trip from the Satun boatyard to Phuket with blocked fuel lines, a failing motor and big storm cells.

Very happy to be safely in Phuket

We decided to wait out the rest of the wet season on dry land in Koh Yao Noi.

A bit of luxury in a house with a magnificent view.

Forever adaptable, Motley checks out the jungle view.

Pretty in pink Rob takes to land based life.

We were loving the island of Koh Yao Noi so much that we committed to renting a local house long term.

The preferred mode of transport on the island.

Our pretty little pond house and the verandah where we planned our future direction.

Back on the boat for a run up the west coast of Thailand for Christmas in Koh Payam

The Doctor waits patiently for our return

One of my fondest memories is doing yoga on a secluded beach with the tide lapping at my toes and The Doctor resting peacefully at anchor in the distance.

A happy gathering of friends.

Back on Koh Yao Noi our favourite place is right here at Bubu's Italian restaurant

Where we said goodbye to our Koh Yao Noi family

The next challenge. Five acres in the Ferguson Valley

After enduring ten days of quarantine in Melbourne, Motley is now an Aussie farm cat.
